Pricing
Priced per cycle, not per seat per month.
A development cycle is 90, 180 or 365 days and has a beginning and an end. Charging monthly for something that runs in cycles creates the thing everyone in L&D already has too much of — a subscription nobody can point at a result for.
For individuals
Free, then paid when it is worth paying for
The free tier gives you a self-rated profile, one objective and the check-in loop — enough to see whether the method suits you. What it does not include is the part that makes it different: a validated assessment, course recommendations from a real catalogue, and re-measurement at the end of the cycle.
The paywall sits exactly where the product becomes genuinely useful. We would rather you saw that boundary clearly than discovered it three screens in.
For organisations
Per participant, per cycle
Sold against the training budget rather than the HR software budget, because that is the line it actually competes for — and because per-employee-per-month pricing would have you paying for the eleven months a year somebody is not in a programme.
Includes the sponsor console, cohort reporting and the aggregate movement view. Volume matters; so does whether you are already an AssessAll or Bodhih client.
Why there are no numbers here yet
We have a model. We have not yet tested it against three real buyers, and a price you invent in a spreadsheet has a way of being wrong in both directions. Publishing it now would anchor every conversation we then have — including the ones where we discover the model was wrong.
So the first organisations get a design-partner rate, and we will publish real prices once they are real. If you want a figure for a budget conversation today, ask and we will give you our current thinking with the caveats attached.
Bodhih Training is the seller of record. Prices are set per currency rather than converted at an exchange rate, and are shown inclusive or exclusive of tax according to local convention.
